What is Adecco?

Adecco is a multinational Swiss company, with a presence in more than 60 countries, which specializes in offering services for personnel recruitment, talent search, payroll management and in general offering comprehensive solutions in the area Human Resources. They started using Rindegastos since 2021.
 

Big company, big problems

Ramiro Chalen, Adecco Peru's Human Resources Analyst, recounts what the old process was like for reporting expenses. “We had to write in an excel all the data of each invoice and ticket, then do a manual summation, after that, print the sheet and send it to a headquarters to sign. After this, each receipt had to be attached. With the risk that more than one would be lost in the process” -remembers Ramiro with displeasure, adding that- “by the time of the review we would get together with a huge block of receipts and we had to review one by one. You spent your life doing that“.

“Change processes are never easy. We have people who have been working with a system for 25 years and who do not deal with new technologies. But they adapted very quickly to Rindegastos” -says Ramiro- “we started the implementation of Rindegastos between September and October. By December we already had everyone submitting their expense requests and financial statements with the new platform. Rindegastos facilitated a process that seemed impossible”.

If before our collaborators took a week to pay their expenses, now in minutes they have everything ready and approved. And in less than an hour if they were accrued expenses that they did not send in the month”, affirms Ramiro.

End to mistakes

At Adecco they used to print documents and bind them, and then send them all to the office in Lima. There, Ramiro had to take a few days to review the complete information. “I had to search by year, by location and by person. There we had just arrived at the receipt that they asked us for in the audit. Then you had to add manually to confirm that the amounts were correct. 
On the other hand, with Rindegastos “with a couple of clicks we get the report in Excel, we make a dynamic table and we can quickly analyze, for example, how much a person spent on food or if it went beyond the maximum”, comments Ramiro with joy, since this is a job that they not only carry out at the time of an audit, but also when closing monthly returns.

Easy, fast and with freedom of action

“Sometimes change is scary, but once the platform has been implemented, it is clear that it is a great help for all the processes” -explains Ramiro- “for those who we are administrators in our company, it is super easy to create users, grant and remove permissions, modify approval flows, among many other things”.
This is how Ramiro was able to save time at work and his private life, since on more than one occasion he had to take documents home to finish with the reports of an audit in progress. While Adecco no longer invests in storage, transfer, printing and pasting of files. With Rindegastos everything is savings.
